If you’re in the East, today’s the day! Conference begins this afternoon at the University of Waterloo.
And for those of you in the West, we hope you’re excited for Conference because you have 28 days left. Registration closes exactly one week from today on July 26, 2013. Get your forms in!
For everyone competing in Creative Competitions, please note the following:
- On Friday evening: All Banner and Dance participants must report to the Humanities Theatre (HH) at 7:15 p.m. and check in with Glenmar Abas (Canadien Region) and Ysabel Agaton (Metro Region).
- Dance participants must be ready in costume at this time.
- On Saturday morning: All Poetry Slam, Original Song, and Band participants must report to the Humanities Theatre (HH) at 7:15 a.m. and check in with Glenmar Abas and Ysabel Agaton.
- Original Song and Band participants must be ready in costume and have any supplementary instruments present at that time.
- On Saturday afternoon: All Mural participants must report directly outside the Humanities Theatre (HH) at 11:30 a.m. and check in with Joshua Vergaria (Metro Region) and Jon Paul Marababol (Canadien Region).
For everyone competing in Sports Competitions, please note the following:
- All participants must pick up their packed lunch at the Service Team Room (REV) before heading to the Sports Complex (PAC). Sports competitions will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2013.
- All participants must bring a second pair of shoes dedicated for use in the Sports Complex (PAC).
For everyone competing in Fun Competitions, please note the following:
- All participants must report to the main entrance of the Roy Eydt Village (REV) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 to check in with Niccolo Arboleda (Metro Region) and Jessica Salunga (Big Sky Region).
